Is this about Aerie's baby? If so, no, you can't do anything with it in game terms. It's just a nice little 'item' to make the romance more interesting.

You should be able to use them as decoys. Send one running (crawling?!) past Melissan, and watch her go all gooey and broody. A nice distraction although possibly a bit unlikely [img]smile.gif[/img]
