I used Gatekeeper to distribute my intelligence points to wizdom and charisma? You see, I have this Figter I was planning to dual-class to mage. Now I figured out that I would dual-class to a thief instead. In case I won`t need all the intelligence, but rather put it to charisma and perhaps wisdom.

No, you're not trying to make the game easier for yourself or give yourself an unfair advantage. You're making a modification to better enjoy the game, and doing it in a way that still maintains the normal level of difficulty.

I think it's only cheating if it gives you an advantage you haven't earned, or didn't have before. The only advantage gained by moving INT points into WIS and CHA is that his character is more well-rounded, and perhaps doesn't have to pay quite so much in stores. Pretty trivial, if you ask me. Go ahead and hack it. (As if you needed my permission....)
