I'm currently doing Aerie, I mean romancing Aerie (she's so cute and nice), in SOA. Just got TOB. Does anyone know if my romance with Aerie continue in TOB? What about the other romances as well.

Yes, if you've progressed far enough with the romance in SoA, it will carry over and continue in ToB. This goes for all romances; Aerie, Anomen, Jaheira and even Viconia.
