There's a strange machine in Watchers Keep level 4 or 5 in left side, also 4 coloumns, you click in machine, machine gives you balls, yes colorful balls, what to do with balls which balls red purple blue where put them? I'm confused help heklpsesz

I think Efe is not just talking about the balls you need to put on the pedestals, but also those extra ones you have to put up with.

IIRC, there was some talk about making them into potions, but I'm not sure about that.

The extra balls ARE potions, but for some reason they don't fit into the Potion Case.

There is 1 ball of each color that can't be put into your Quick Item slots. The others are potions, but annoyingly they aren't labeled. So you wind up with 16 completely different potions that you can't tell apart. They do things like: Heal the target, cast Fireball on the target, boost Saving Throws of target....all 12 are different. I just tried 'em out, decided I didn't care to cart them around, reloaded & threw them away.
