I was wondering where the TOB map is in relation to the SOA map i think its to the south, because there a mountain range south of the SOA mapp and mountains to the north of the TOB map. Am i right?

Yep, it's directly south. You can also see this by the position of Watcher's Keep on both maps: on the SoA map it's in the southwest, on the ToB map in the northwest.
