First of all just started TOB so Iwanted to know if my rep is to high will the romance with Jahiera end all she does is complain about keeping the balance . Second of all does it matter if I go after the monks first or do I have go after the other 2 first. Thanks in advance

Rep doesn't affect romances in the least. I myself have romanced Viconia with 18 rep throughout almost the entire game, so don't worry about Jaheira.

And the monks... I personally did the Drow and the Half-Dragon first. Don't know how it will affect the game if you reverse the order, but I seem to remember that the Monk was meant to be the last. Don't think i could do him first.
