i killed the chromotic demon went through the portal and i am know outside and cant open either of the two doors

When you defeated the Cromatic Demon, a key should be among its loot. That one will make you able to go down to the lower level. Now, in the main room, there are two portals. The one to the left just leads you outside, and when you then go outside, the door in again should open.
Now, I understand that your problem is that you went out of WK in level 2, after defeating the demon, and the door didnt open. Now, that sound like a typical bug. If you cant open the door, go to the top of WK from outside, and simply walk in again from there, use the portal to get down to level 2, and then take the RIGHT portal down to the lower level.
Fairly easy.</font>
