i just got the head of poison and the head of electrisity and i dont no how to put them on the flail. i thought saspanar wold do it but he dosent.

Cespenar does do it, at least he did for me, do you have the original flail and both heads? otherwise could be a bug.

yaa i have both heads but he wont do it and i have the original with both heads to.

The original has 3 heads, do you have all three? You need to have the FoA +3 before you can add the Poison Head.

what are the three origanls

fire, acid, and cold are the 3 original heads which are all found in the D'Arnise hold. Hope you're playing a fighter.

Afraid not, sorry.
You needed to assemble it in Shadows of Amn, so now the only way to get it would be through some manner of cheat (Shadowkeeper for instance)
