What is the thing, (an eye, I think), called Vigilant doing in Abazigal's Lair?
He seems to have fallen in love with my party, because he comes and bumps in to my partymembers with stars sparkling around him all the time! You can't talk with him. If you kill him you get 7500exp or something like that.

that eye thing, u have to kill it then you talk to the wizard guy and he will get you to do a quest for the scroll. you can get the adventures that were turned to stone to do it for 100 gold

No, that is not what I mean. Even after I give the eyestalk to Lycanth, the lonely eye I speak of is floating around in the big cave.

I always kill them, I recall that they cause party Mages to 'forget' their spells. Very irritating.
