Well, Jaheira and I have hit the zenith of our relationship in the original game (I don't need to spell it out for you, do I?). What I'm wondering is: is there any added dialogue for Jaheira in ToB? If not, I'm gonna dump her and pick up Viccy, 'cause I know there's lots of neat-o stuff that happens with her later, like changing alignment and all.

Yes the romance does continue. However, I don't think if you drop her and get Viconia you can start a new romance anyway. Besides, it would take ages to complete hers as well since you have to have pretty much completed the romance in SoA for it to continue in ToB.
