What level should I dual a Kesi/Mage to get the most out of the player with the 8mill exp cap. Same question with a Kensi/Thief. Also where do I get that cloak that deflects beholder rays in the underdark?

There is no cloak that deflects beholder rays. There is a cloak in the Shark people's city that reflects magical damage back to the user and you can get the shield of Balduren from the chick in the adverturers mart that reflects Beholder rays.

Actually, unless they patched it for some reason, the cloak of mirroring reflects the beholder rays. Shield is nice for sending a second character in. ;)

The cloak was patched, so that it now performs (if I remember correctly) like a permanant Globe of Minor Invulnerability. It was thought too powerful--probably true.
