I guess this is what you need:

To remove the Geas on the Dragon guarding Abazigal's lair, you need to go to the cave with all the floating eyeballs (sentinels, vigilants etc). You get there by swimming through one of the pools in the area where the Dragon is. Once you kill the hostile eyeballs, you can talk to the wizard who creates them. In return for the scroll, he asks you to bring him a Gauth Eyestalk. The best way to do this is:
go to the three statues and use the Flesh To Stone scrolls on them that lie around in several caves. Get them to do the quest for you. When you get the Eyestalk, one of the pools will leads you to the wizard's Lab. Talk to him and he'll give you the Scroll of Reversal. Now go back to the Dragon and remove the geas.
