Ok, i wanna make a kensai, at level 22, dual him to a thief. But I cant get it to work. Ill show you what I tried.

Now, I never played a dual class 'fore, so I wouldnt know about any restrictions. But I DO know, you have to have alot of points in dex to dual to a thief. And I did neutral evil.

Never mind, I just realized I have to up my DA** str, there goes 9 ability points.O well.

... Im a bit rusty on the Dual classing rules, but I believe you only need a 15 in the primary requisist of the class you are dualing from, but a 18 in the one you are going to.

You need a minimum of 17 in the primary ability of the class to which you are dualling.
