Can anyone tell me if the ring of free action is found in Soa or Tob? And if where is it. Thankyou

You find the Ring of Free Action in SoA. You get it during Chapter 4, when you are forced to play Bodhi's Gauntlet.

The exact location is marked with a green <font color="lime">7</font> on the map in the folowing URL.
