Does anyone know which items can be combined with the skull of the lich and the baalor's claw?

Skull of Lich goes with Spectral Brand.

Baalor's Claw goes with Axe of Unyielding.

The Axe of the Unyielding is loot on the Lum the Mad level of Watcher's keep. The Spectral Brand is found on the maze level (level 3), the gambling cambion has it.

Yep, he does. The maze level is the level where you need to find the three portal gems, in order to get to the next level.
