I have two of the gems but cant find the last.I've laid waste to both demon parties(no deals though as I'm a paladin),various minor creatures and the battle before the broken portal.Can someone tell me where the last is and if theres anything else im missing?

Exit the maze of rooms. You'll find the 3rd gem in an... inetresting encounter just before the portal to L4.

I am at the same point. I have been thru the main maze, cleared the rooms on the main route and found my way out. I have also located the extra path off the main route, and am starting to work my way thru the denizens of this area to get the third Gem, but I get a strange thing, do you get this....

Everytime I start in the room with the Slave Wraiths and the Demon Wraith, Nalia dies. No one hits her, no one casts anything on her, no one does a general area affect, no one steps on the 5 traps, Nalia just dies. It happens within a second of the Demon Wraith casting improved mantle & spell turning, which is the first thing he does. The only clue is that I see the wispy ghost as seen with the Death spell BUT NO ONE CASTS DEATH SPELL AT HER!!!

Nor is it the spell turning from the Demon Wraith as I haven't done anything to him in the 1st second of enetring the room.

Why does Nalia die? How can you stop it?
