I'm trying to make a complete list of the magic stuff you can have made in ToB-like the flail of Ages +5 and where the bits are and I need you guys to help me out.

If you could post the items you know and what they do it would be hugely appreciated-it's not for a walkthrough or anything like that I'm just keen to check I've not missed anything.
