I finished up tonight. Woo-Hoo!
The first time, I accepted the throne. Afterwards, I checked the movies list and it showed ending 1. The second time, I chose to remain mortal. Afterwards, I went back to show my wife the movies, and the endings list only included 1 and 3?!?!?! What choice did I miss? ------------------ An elevator smells different to a dwarf. http://www.usflag.org/animate/flagwave1.gif http://www.dottisweightlosszone.com/...allbanner2.gif [This message has been edited by Ronn_Bman (edited 10-16-2001).] [This message has been edited by Ronn_Bman (edited 10-16-2001).] |
My thoughts exactly Ronn... and I'd very much appreciate it too if somebody would have the info you, and I, are looking forward to. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

There are three endings, but you can only ever choose from two in a game. There is become a good god, become an evil god, and become mortal. The choice you are given depends on how you act during all the talks with Solar, eg when she talks about how you'll have to keep killing stuff to win, if you say yay that's what I like! you'll be considered evil, and thus be given the evil option at the end.

To tell you the truth the endings suck. Both movies where the same. And why did the throne of bhaal destroy it self even when I went and excepted the throne. Did I miss something?????

I'm not completely sure about the destruction of the ToB, but I'd imagine it exploded because it was no longer needed.
The evil priestess was storing the essence of Bhaal there, and I'm sure he set it up for her to resurrect him, but once the power was given to your character it, like the pocket plane, was simply no longer needed. Because now, as a god, you can create a throne of your own choosing. Why deal with "hand me downs"....lol Just an educated guess http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif ------------------ An elevator smells different to a dwarf. http://www.usflag.org/animate/flagwave1.gif http://www.dottisweightlosszone.com/...allbanner2.gif "The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his." -General George Patton (1885-1945) [This message has been edited by Ronn_Bman (edited 10-16-2001).] |
I believe Throne of Bhaal should not be destroyed if you chose to be a god.
Does anyone agree? ------------------ http://members.aol.com/lasttrueprincess/images/brad.gif Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them. |
You got a very good point there Byronas! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif I think Black Isle should have kept that in mind in formulating the plot. That nice, wierd place should not have have been obliterated so disgracefully. hehehe http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
