Well, I've done the BGI & II thing, IWD, now what? Is Bio-ware or Black Isles working on a new one, does anyone know yet? Throw me a bone, I gotta have a game to play or my old lady will drive me insane. What is the Neverwinter night that I heard a rumor about? Help.

AFAIK Neverwinter Nights is an online only RPG but I don't know when it's coming out.

If you enjoyed the BG series and IWD, may I suggest you try Planescape: Torment. Produced by Black Isle Studios (or maybe Bioware - I'm not sure) it's an excellent RPG that is strongly story-oriented. It's also unusual in that it is set in the AD&D multiverse (Sigil, to b exact) and not Faerun as in the case of the games you've played.

I'd also suggest Fallout 2, a fine RPG set in a future, post-apocalyptic Western/SW US (California, Nevada and I don't know where else). Different from traditional fantasy RPGs set in a mediavel (sp) setting, nonetheless I enjoyed it thoroughly. It has a very strong roleplaying element too.

NWN is a RPG which has it's main focus on Online Play
but it's not limited to that
There's a Single player mission that is about 50 houres (though not as big as BG it's a pretty long mission) and people will be able to make their own missions. That means when you finish you singleplayer mission, you'll be able to download other missions.

Yes and no. The game is not called Throw me a bone its THrone of Bhall. And Never inter nights is one good one. But If yo liked BG better than IWD then i would probly get TOB cuz i played IWD and i hated it so i wanst goig to get NWN.

Just My opinion.

The Bhaal-saga is OVER. You won't be able to continue with the character you played BG1-ToB with.
NWN is a similair game, but is meant to be multie-player. So we poor modem-users will have a hell http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif

As Hayashi said, Fallout 2 is a very good RPG, though enormously different from BG.

Final Fantasy VII and VIII, who is avalible for computer, might also be something for you.

i agree that Planescape: Torment is a logical next step...i've gotten the game myself, and i must say that it is quite impressive and a lot of fun. you can't approach it expecting another Baldurs game though, but in its own right it's one of the best crpgs i've ever played.
i haven't beaten it yet, but i'm in the middle of my first game. one major thing to keep in mind (if you do decide to buy it) is to download the patch IMMEDIATELY. the game runs like complete crap without it, and it will drive you insane if you do not heed this warning.
