1: Can u import ALL of your party members to TOB?
2: If u can, wouldn't it be too easy because you would hav level 9 spells u would be on level 18 or somthing and you could destroy enemys with a single blow!

Well, if you finish the game, sure you can bring your whole party in. Think abut it: if you're level 18+, and have 9th level spells, what level are your opponents? That's right. Really high. And they cheat as well, getting abilities and immunities they shouldn't have as well.

Why import? Just play SoA and complete it, the game will automatically transfer you and your party to ToB.
