Hi there
I cant seem to defeat the litch in the level of watchers leep with the mad mage in the machine.
The Litch keeps making my charecters permanently disappear.
Is there some protection against this spell( I think its some kind of imprisonment spell)?
Or is there a tactic I need to use?
Any help would be welcome as this git is really getting on my nerves.

Yep. That's not just a lich, it's a demilich, and it's got infinite imprisonment spells. The following should work to prevent imprisonment:
Slayer Change
Berserker Rage (I've heard conflicting reports on whether or not Barbarian Rage works)
Protection From Magic (scroll from Ribald's shop)
Spell Immunity: Abjuration
Protection from Undead

In addition there are several summons (wizard's eye comes to mind) that you should be able to stick in front of him and have him attack that he can't imprison while you have your way with him.

<font color="white">A few tactics in handling lichs are:

1. A Berserker is immune to Imprisonment. (Enrage ability)
2. The runehammer is an effective weapon to have in this battle.
3. If not the runehamer, any high-powered magical weapon will benifit you.

Now, those are some of the things I found as I played with my party.
I need to ask you...who is in your party?
Mages?
Fighters?

<font color="pink">Yeah its an imprisomment spell an you can dispell it by using a freedom spell aroud where they got immprisoned.
