Do you keep all your stuff if you import your party into ToB from SoA? I mean, can you import your whole party or just your person?

Have you finished Shadows of Amn? If not, all you have to do is have Throne of Bhaal installed and you will be taken straight to it (with all your party members and belongings) after SoA is completed. If you've already finished SoA, read below....

Once Throne of Bhaal is installed, you head right into it automatically after your victory over Irenicus in hell. Of course, this means that you will have to fight him again if you've already done this, but it's worth it since you will retain the bonuses gained from the tears of Bhaal.

You may use your final save if you wish, and I assume this takes your whole party over, but I would heartily recomend going back and whacking Irenicus.
