Who remembers where I can get that vial which holds the liquid so I can breath underwater? I can't find it anywhere.

If I remember correctly (and my memory is a little hazy at this point), the vial should be

on one of the guards that you killed in the entrance of the place. Try holding down the tab key so all the items on the ground are highlighted.

yeah...you are right about the location of the vial, but remember that the vial is empty, and will need to be filled with a certain liquid you find hidden somewhere.
