How DO you kill a Magic Golem??? That book of Elminster tells you that normal weapons should do fine, but isn't a long sword + 3 a normal weapon?? HELP!!!!!!

Normal weapons as in non-magical weapons. No +1, +2 etc.

Just look around a little bit. Everytime you have to fight a magical golem, there is always (hidden) a normal sword, mace, etc

if you have it, the spider figurine kitthixx is a "normal weapon" http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif and deals out nicely to the golems. of course, some may consider it a waste of a figure summoning. fists also suffice, if you want. sometimes better than picking up and chucking a weapon.

Yeah, have like, your best fighter fist fight him (unless he's a monk) to knock him out, then look for weapons ( you cant attack an unconscious person with your hands, apparently)

Normal Arrows and bullets often works, even if the bow or sling is magical.
