I need more gold. What is the cheat code for it. IW does not have that on the sit. I, also need a good level cap. remover that works with both BG and TotSC. What does the GateKeeper editer do? I got the cheats screen to work but, now I can not get the code (Mides) to work. I get lua syntex error instead.

U can example edit your ammount of gold with GateKeeper. Or your character.

Don't bother...if you don't have gold, kill enemys until you do. Steal the equipment you need. Pilfer the local Smith's family jewels and sell them, but for God's sake dont cheat.

yeah, stealing is better than cheating in this game.

Or you could do some questing. Most quests have both XP and gold rewards for completing them, not to mention some have Reputation benefits that will make items cheaper to buy at the stores [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yea, dont cheat. I did almost all the quests and at the end of the game i had so much gold i didn't know what to do with it. (that was with buying alot of magical equipment too)

Believe me, after Chapter 2 it picks right up. I barely had enough to buy some Ankheg Armor, but after clearing the Naskel MInes, Bandit Camp, and Cloakwood, with a few other quests, I got to Baldurs Gate with almost 100k. Now, after blowing as much as possible in Ulgoth's Beard two chapters later, I have 150k. Just continue with the story, the money will come one quick.

halfway the cheating is this: if you get some magical items, sell them and steal them back. some shops don't allow you to steal, assure you can before making the deal. also the things once stolen can not be sold again.
