Is there any possible way to get items i left behind in the original game in TOB?

You can use the CLUAConsole:CreateItem("itemname"); cheat to create them. It's theoretically cheating, but since you've got the items anyway (you just can't get to them!) there's nothing wrong with it.
Alternatively you could jump to the original SoA areas where you stored the items using the CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("areaname"); cheat. I haven't tried this but it should work OK.
It is REALLY annoying that you can't return to SoA areas from ToB, I left loads of items in my stronghold before I went to Suldanesslar, thinking I'd be able to return and get them, including the Wave and Equalizer parts (I couldn't afford to re-forge them at the time). I was very irritated when I found that I was unable to return to the original game areas - I'm sure many other players have ended up in the same situation.

I've gotten very frustrated over that!

Since the CLUAConsole is so popular here, get your cursor over an area that you want your selected players to get and press Ctrl+J. it works like a spell and can be interrupted, but if it works you will be teleported there. i found this to be very useful in the desert town...or when you're getting from one end of the zone to another...or when you want to catch an enemy wizard off guard. Possobilities are endless.

remember, this will work only if you have the debug mode activated.

also if you're the cheating type, this eliminates the need for keys. or preforming rituals to open doors.
