I talked to that stupid dead guy in the prison and he said to fond a neclace something like elven holy water and somthin else and i found everything except the stakes well at least i think its the stakes. I have al the bg's but i didnt import my dude so i dont have any stakes. if you could tell me were they are that would be great thanx. Or what ever it is that i need that would be great. @:>)

I do not think you need any stakes in that prison. You've found the necklace and you have the Holy Water, right? Nothing else should be needed.
Did you put the necklace in the prison cell and use the Holy Water? After that the ghost would open a door for you that was closed before...

Thanx for the welcome and you are suposed to use the water right? if so, how?

There should be a container in that cell, press your 'Tab' button to highlight it. Place the skull and necklace in it, step back a bit and if you have Holy Water in any of your party inventories, an auto sequence should take place.
