Use your fighter's special abilities and their +5 weapons. Having at least 3 of them makes things a lot easier. Just load your cleric up with lots of full heals and negative plane protection. Use protection from fear (mage), remove paralyzation and summon planatars to do healing and level restoration. Put these planatars in the middle ring before draining the energy from the well (save!) and they will be available to fight along with you. Use breach to get rid of stoneskin, use timestop for fun and use energy blades.

You don't even need all that other protection or shields against magic. There's not even tactics involved, just head on melee. Pretend the other creatures are not there. And she is not even a dragon who has to be killed with lots of sweat in your hands. Just kill her 4 times, that's all.

DO NOT USE TIME STOP, she will be able to attack you and your party while time stop is on.

If you have a thief, lay some traps beforehand.
