Hello all!

Some of you may remember me from BG1 forum. Well I finally got ToB and will now be embarking on BGII SoA/ToB (been waiting for the expansion to start BGII).

Now on to the questions at hand:

1) I installed both SoA and ToB at the same time but everytime I adjust the comp settings on the speed of the game it bumps my sound speed back up to "average" I have a cracky 366mhz comp so I can't (obviously) run it at the recommended "average" speed of 450mhz (I believe that's the speed) I can't seem to keep it at the same level I put it at. Any suggestions?

2) I ran the 3D option but it chops the sound up pretty bad so I disabled it. Is there a way to run 3D without the distortion? If not what do I miss with the 3D off?

3) I installed the 1st expansion (i.e. the collectors bonus cd). Is this over-writen by ToB? Or is it just added on?

It should be noted I believe that the specs on my comp are 366mhz AMD K6 4G HD
96MB RAM. I relise that I suck and need a new computer http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif but if someone could help (i.e. buy this PoS for $5,000 US dollars) I would very thankful.

- it did the same for me, but as long as it's only doing it to the sound it should be ok.

- no, suggest you turn 3D off as it doesn't really add that much more to the game. It's a good idea to turn off EAX as well.

- the collectors bonus isn't an expansion, it just has some bonus merchants in it. So you don't lose it.
