Any info on how to alter backstab multiplier using Shadowkeeper (assuming it's even possible?) would be greatly appreciated.

Not too sure because I've never really messed with modifying a thief, but have you tried the "thieving" tab?

Yeah, but only has pickpocketing, hiding, etc.
