Before I installed TOB never had problem w/ SOA. Now, after installation of TOB, every time I go into a new town or come go back and forth to dungeon, screen freezes for a few seconds in the new location. After few seconds can play w/out a problem. Anyone else have this problem, know why it occurs, or have a solution?

I get the same thing, my system is a powerhouse too. Hopefully, a future patch will fix it...

yeah. exactly. it looks like the loading screen has come down early or something, doesnt it?

I think that's normal. At least it doesn't affect gameplay. I've got a P4 1.4Ghz and it also does that. Everything else is fine though, with every single effect loaded.

If your game is slowing or stuttering during gameplay, disable the EAX effect in the Options/Sound screen.

I also had this problem, so I reinstalled it to full install, and now the freeze only lasts for a split second....annoying though.
