I have all of these dragon scales and I need to turn them into armor, but I don't know how to do it.

Excuse me but are you supposed to be in the baldurs gate 2 forum, In bg2 less the addon go to the dock and look on the map for cromwells forge and thats the guy who will do it.

If it was ToB you should have pocketplane in the special abilities button.

Your Pocket Plane is where you face your challenges, where you gave up a part of your soul, etc...

Access you special abilities, and choose "pocket plane".

That is, unless you are talking about either Red or Black Dragon scales, in which case, you need Cromwell the Dwarf in the Docks of Athkatla...
