I went to the Fire Giant Lair, and ran through the second area (the one with Yagu Shura's Heart in it....I noticed there was a Fire giant with a funny name Bellem or sumthin...Did I need to kill him to get the witches heart? The witch's heart is in there beyond the big doors on big circular plate.
You have to go in again.

Yup, you're going to have to kill him to get inside. There are fireball traps in several places be careful.
