I am taking a character from SoA all the way through ToB. I have ToB installed but I am still only in chapter 6. All my characters have around 2 million experience, and I still have most of the chapter 2 quests to finish. I was wondering if I get over 2.95 million, will the cap kick in or will having ToB installed remove that and allow me to have more then 2.95 million in chapter 6? Also, will I get my feats in chapter 6 or 7 if I get high enough experience, or do they only kick in if you are in chapter 8 or later (ToB chapters)? I would hate to miss out on some feats because I got to high a level by chapter 7.

Not to worry. As soon as ToB is installed, the exp. cap is raised to 8 million, even in SoA. I am currently playing a Solo Sorcerer from the beginning, and reached the 8 million cap before even facing Irenicus.

no worries, youll still get all your feats. i have keldorn w/ 5 Greater Whirlwinds, and im only a few hours into ToB! (99 game days on SoA tho).

Where you able to pick your 10th level spells also in SoA?

Oh yeah. I have been playing a solo sorcerer from the beginning of SoA, and got all my 10th level spells by chapter 5.
