Ok I killed the damn Chromatic Demon but I still cant get through the portal, it still says i need to grab something. The demon didnt seem to drop anything so is it hiding somewhere or am I SOL?

You should of gotten a portal key from him check around agian by pressing the tab key and see if anything pops up other wise you might have to import the item into your inventory

Ill do that thanks but I used a cone of cold and froze him so doesnt that destroy his items as well?

No, it shouldn't. Only Disintegrate and Flesh to Stone should destroy items being carried by enemies. Also, it would be an oversight on Bio's part if they did allow something like that to be destroyedhttp://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

After I killed the Demon, the key automatically appeared in my inventory. You might want to check all of your NPC's b/c it doesn't automatically go to you main character.
