I'm about ready to visit watchers keep for exp, even though I'm high enough level to take him out (which apparnetly does not matter as he keeps stompin me)

Draconis is a tough bastard, http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif. I did watchers keep right after leaving Saradush, so I had some higher level skills. Basically I spread out, lower his magic resist, while my warriors and summoned creatures attacked him. Then pommelled him with my most devastating magic attacks. Hint: the bastard doesn't like fire. Dragon's breath worked great against him. Mind you I used a heck of alot of healing potions and magics, I lost a couple NPC, I got bloodied, but in the end the overgrown rat bastard fell. Yes, I think he was not easy...
Is is important to break his magic defense immediately after he becomes a dragon - in this case you can hurt him with weapons. Then fighters with thir special abilities can take care of him. In case you have not enough skilled fighters - this dragon is (was http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif) vulnerable to fire, so use fire spells, fire arrows, and summon Planetar, golem (and everything possible) just to keep him busy for a moment. And there is a spell that was useful too, but I can not remember it name - something like "Abi - Horrid... " - and with TimeStop, of course.
Just get rid of his defense at once http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif.

well imagine this i beet him basicly with my guys lvls all around 20
Pretty much had my mage use lower restance and then used all my magic missles the key was having all my fighters use whirlwind they hit him to often for him to even counter attack so that was the winning technique i used

It's annoying as crap to post a question looking for answers only to see
someone basically saying you must be a moron "that battle was simple" I mean
come on! if it's that freaken easy why even play the game? And if someone wants
to add thier 2 cents in that arrogant fashion they can keep 'em! Thats just my
