In BGII the shortbows were best, is this still true in TOB??? Or are there some great longbows???

There are some nice long bows, as well as cross bows, but since I only have Imoen equipped with a bow, and she can only use the short bow...I tend to not pay attention to the rest. I would rather have my guys in melee, and Imoen does just fine with what I have given her.

I have not come across a 'super' long bow yet, but there have been a couple of composite longbows +3. I think the magical short-bow that Imoen is using is probably the best in the game.
