I have the fourth head for the Flail of Ages, electric, but I can not find the fifth head, (poison?). I have been everywhere except Watchers Keep. I just want to make sure that I have not missed it anywhere. If it is not in the Keep will someone let me know.

it IS in the keep, so if ur looking for the ultimate flail form, i suggest you go do that now (penetrate to at least the second level)
