i'm still playing BG2 and i cheated my way up to a 17th level paladin.
my question is: if i install TOB, can i cheat my way up to 8,000,000 XP before i even finish BG2? Basically, can i play BG2 with that much XP? thanks, and i'm getting professional help to stop my cheating ways. |
ToB will bump you up to 8.5M XPs when starting a new game. If your XPs are higher than that, ToB will drop them down to 8.5M. If the latter occurs, you won't lose any levels gained, but it could take you *forever* to gain another level.

just to confirm:
if i install TOB and then start a new game in BG2, i can CLUAConsole:SetCurrentXP("8500000") and start off as a very high level character from the very beginning? thanks |

Hmmm...sorry...I must have misunderstood your original question.
I don't really know if you can *start* SoA with that many XPs. Why don't you try it and report back to us. Hell, if ToB integrates well with SoA, you ought to be able to CLUA your SoA characters up to 40th level if you really want to... I cannot imagine, however, why you'd want to do that. SoA would be a cakewalk at that level and boring as hell IMHO. ------------------ http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/MON18.gif Now where did I leave that doughnut?! |
I thought the exp cap is 8,000,000 (8 million only)?
