I was wondering whether nahaal's reckless dwoemer which can be added to your mage via shadowkeeper in SoA is an available spell in ToB. If so what level, in SoA it was level one which was stupid as it can be a very powerful (and hilarious) spell.

It is still a level one spell, and you can select it when you create a Wild Mage in ToB.
