I've Killed the warders and have gone below. Now I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the right doors open. I know the rune stones have something to do with this, but I can't figure it out. It also seems to me that the statues won't move if you've pilfered the sparring dummies? Help!

Spoiler:
. . . . . . . . . . . . From the center room, go Southwest into the room with all the weird Gargoyle Statues, and two of them are Clickable. click both of them. Go back to the center, and from there go south and east into the bedroom, and take the three Runesones. This causes Durlag to appear, he mutters some craziness, then turns into a Greater Doppleganger that you must destroy. Go back out to the Center again. Now the North West door is open. Go up that way and whack the Sparring Dummies. Durlag appears again. Return to the Center again, (monotnous isn;t it lol) and this time go North-East and into the Throne Room. |
Thanks Micah, that did the trick. Although I now have a whole new mess to worry about...

LOL .... not something you can't handle, I hope.
Good Luck! |
what I'd like to know is how you killed the warders. I've been stuck forever! Tried everything I can think of. Paiwakat

The warders can be made into an incredibly easy fight:
Cast the following buffer spells: Haste Bless/Chant Protection From Evil Remove Fear Defensive Harmony Then just attack as you would normally, casting spells and what-not. Your throws should now be greatly improved!!! On another note, Durlags isn't that hard. As long as you search everywhere, the doors open with ease...although it doesn't seem it, it is fairly linear! |
