DEMOGORGON Vs ELMINSTER who would win ?

There's a post in the BG2 board that lists Demogorgon's stats in the game. He makes Elminster look like a 1st level character. Demogorgon hands down.

in the form of Terminsel!
It was an accident.
I had an elemental left over from something else.
When Terminsel appeared he attacked the elemental with a death spell immediately and went hostile.
He uses Time Stop, then symbol spells, then IMPRISONMENT...eeeks.
Tough as Kangaxx with more HP....and more spells.
