Supposedly you sacrifice part of your essence to him at the start of TOB to bring him back to life. Viconia, Jan(welllll not REALLY evil but still), Korgan, Me, Saervok, and Edwin.
I haven't really found any other NPCs yet but Saervok is definitely a tank!
