I seem to recall that after completing the Trademeet quests and then being immortalised in stone as a lovely statue in the town centre, one of the Tradmeet merchants offered this robe for sale.

I was under the impression that it was the guy near the bottom of the screen, who also sells the cloak of displacement (I think this is the name - the one that gives party members eyestrain). Unofortunately it isn't in his inventory though. Should I be asking another merchant?

I seem to recall that it was the northern one.
