Well... this was posted in the Throne of Bhaal forum, but that section seems pretty dead, so I deleted that thread. If any moderator feels I'm spamming by posting here... just delete this one too and warn me if you must ( ;) ) but... I just need an answer ._.
I need to be able to go back to the SoA places after starting ToB. Is there a mod or a way for me to do so? Also, which are the most commonly used mods? Regards. [ 05-15-2006, 03:06 PM: Message edited by: Telepath ] |
Yes, you can do it by using the CLUA Console "MoveToArea:" command.
You'll need to know the area codes of where you're going though (either a google or an editor will help you here) Also, when you try and travel off the map, you'll only see the ToB map so you'll need codes for every map you want to visit in order to warp their directly. |
Deleted: Got it working.
However isn't there a mod to merge the maps? [ 05-15-2006, 07:39 PM: Message edited by: Telepath ] |
There is a mod that puts all of the areas of SoA, ToB and, if you have it, Baldur's Gate Trilogy and some of the gigantic, old mods on one map. However, AFAIK, it still does not let you go to SoA areas during ToB. Once you've finished SoA, everything, except for Watcher's Keep, is inaccessible short of the CLUAConsole.

it would be cool to return to areas of BG 1, and go and obliterate areas that once were a challenge. (that pompos master swordsman near that bridge comes to mind)

Moose: What mod is that?

Yacomo's Worldmap (BP-BGT Worldmap v5), available at this site.
