First time 'cheater' here...

I planned on taking Solaufein (installed a couple of mods, including Sola, Valen, Ascension, Item Upgrade) after Ust'Natha, but as my female half-elven Fighter/Thief was way better than he was (solo...) I thought Sola would be better off leveled up a bit. So I used the CLUAConsole cheat "SetCurrentXP" and put in the amount of XP my solo character had. Somehow Shadowkeeper seems to accept this as a fact, but the game won't! All of the sudden my solo character has a bit over 2 million XP (whereas she had over 4 million before!) and I'm not certain if they even gain the XP that is given to them now. Anybody got a clue how to fix this?

It's not an option to go back to a previous save, I haven't got any. I figured I could fix it, but as of yet it hasn't worked.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but you need to have selected the intended NPC when you apply the cheat - did you have your character selected by mistake? Sometimes you also need to hover your mouse over the appropriate portrait as well.

Also did you account for Sola's multiclasses - he will need approx double your solo characters XP to be of equivalent level in both.

No offense taken for stating the obvious, shamrock_us [img]smile.gif[/img] I welcome all advice. Sorry on my account for the rather vague post - I was in a hurry - but what I meant to say was that neither of the two had their XP set to the appropriate amount, i.e. 4,3 million, the number I typed in. I will try again and see what happens and get back to you. In the meantime I welcome all other ideas and/or explanations!

Alright, the problem seems to be solved, shamrock was partly right. I forgot to select one character, and thus the amount of XP was divided between my protagonist (Amber) en Solaufein, giving them both 2,150,000 XP. When I performed SetCurrentXP cheat once again but with 9,000,000 this time things worked out just fine.

Disadvantage being that you can't choose all the HLA's that you want (no multiple Greater Whirlwinds for now :( ) but that's just fine.

you could give the extra XP in batches, so they level up one level at a time.
