Can anybody please tell me how to print out the maps available on this site?
I`m trying to print the Baldurs Gate map, but I only get the left side of it.

Most likely the picture is too large to print on one page. When you back click on the picture and save the picture as an image, load it into a program, such as paint shop pro or neopaint 2000 or even MS paint (though ms paint might not be able to handle it). Then it SHOULD print it and it should be centered and complete.
