how do i put a cheat from sorcer's place in my game?

it's not a game it a game forum like this i don't no how to put mods and patchs in my game bg2&tob

You do know how to download, don't you ? Well, download whatever patches you need, unzip or unrar the files and copy them into the proper folder. What's so difficult about that ?

Hmmm ok then if its baldurs gate then I will move this to the BG2 TOB forum.

hippie42 -- first, you need the latest patches. Theres a sticky thread in this forum, it links to the official patch and the baldurdash fixpack.

For cheats, you want the CLUAConsole. Google will turn up numerous guides on that.

For mods, you generaly download them, extract to your BG2 folder and run the installer, but not all mods use the modern weiDU installer and they should all come with a readme giving instructions on how to install them. So go find the readme and see if it helps. If you have problems, post back and be sure to name the mod your having problems with. If you need an extraction program winRAR is about the best of the common ones.
