I'm playing a human male druid and I have picked Viconia up about 2 gamedays ago, but not much happens. My Jaheira romance is already stopped.

Oh, she does like humans, but methinks she also has other requiremens beyond an romanceable race, minimum charisma comes to mind (but i can neither recall nor find anything more precise than that).
