I am about to go fight Kangaxx and i have a little magic cleric sword and the staff of magi but i need two prot. undead scrolls...does anybody know where i can find them?

did you try going to a storekeep that you haven't visited yet, and save before you check the inventory, so that you can reload it until it comes up?

:/ not ideal, i know... but feasible.

what i do in situations like that, after exhausting the stores, is use SK to give myself one and take out an appopriate amount of gold to "buy" it.

I dont have nor desire to have SK...but I will try that I suppose, their has to be somewhere in the city that has the spell, I think im going to check with the guy in the Promanade that sells scrolls, if he doesnt have it im gonna be stuck at the Kangaxx quest for a long time

Try the Adventurer's Mart, and the Copper Coronet. Failing that, temples usually have some protection scrolls.

EDIT: Im not sure that those weapons can actually hit Kangy... try it anyways, but im not sure. Also, you could use spell immunity on your mage, that would mean you dont need one scroll...

Every single (with a few possible exceptions) temple has two for sale. There is a Temple of Oghma on the docks just above the Mae'Var guildhall. They should have them. Beware that you don't use them while he is in Lichform. A Prot vs. Undead scroll makes undead completely ignore you. It can break scripts if you use them in Bodhi's lair and Umar Hills Temple as the undead cannot initiate the mandatory dialogue.

Temple of Oghma does not have the scroll in the docks, I will keep looking at other temples, and yes thoose weapons work I have been in there before, i just want to know will spell trap work in corilation with the undead scroll?
